RV Technician

Ski's Truck & RV Sales is looking for a motivated RV Technician to join our service team and prepare campers/RVs for customer pickup.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively complete the testing of all camper components as indicated on the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) sheet.
- Perform repairs, maintenance, winterizations, and warranty work on campers/RVs, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems as needed.
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify any issues and determine the appropriate solutions.
- Effectively connect campers and show customers how all aspects of the RV/camper work upon purchase.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area; assist with cleaning shop as needed.
Essential Job Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in RV shop, maintenance repair, or a similar field is preferred.
- Knowledge of RV systems and components is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Please note that this job may require heavy lifting and/or the use of ladders and other tools/equipment at times.
- Requires valid driver's license and good work/attendance record.
